7:00 to 9:00 PM: FIA Board Meeting - all are welcome.

Sunday, July 6th
4:00 to 5:30 PM: FIA Mixer/Showcase
Sign-up. Come and meet old friends and
make new ones while registering for showcase audition slot.
Location: FIA Suite
Price: $8.00 member and $10.00 non-members
5:30 to 6:30 PM: Chorus Rehearsal.
Location: FIA Suite
Monday, July 7th

to 3:00 PM: MIDI Workshop: Newest features in Sonar and Cake Talking;
Presenter: Gordon Kent

Price: $5.00 member and $6.00 non-members
3:30 to 6:00 PM: Audition/Rehearsal for Showcase. At scheduled times,
performers rehearse their chosen material for length, polish, and
appropriateness.

9:00 to 11:00 PM: Prose/Poetry Reading. Writers are invited to read their original
works to a receptive audience.

10:00 to 11:00 PM: Final Chorus Rehearsal.

Tuesday, July 8
12:30 to 2:30 PM: Luncheon, speaker and Business Meeting. Bring your vote and your appetite! After sharing a meal with others interested
in the arts, hear Schalee Lodge, a blind painter
and sculptor. Then attend our annual
business meeting, including election of board members.

3:00 to 5:00 PM: Meet the Artists.
Come and get acquainted with those who are exhibiting their art and
learn about marketing your own artwork.

8:00 to 10:30 PM: Showcase of the Performing Arts,
featuring the FIA band and chorus.
Celebrate good times and great timing!

Wednesday, July 9th
1:30 to 4:30 PM: BITS/FIA collaborative workshop: How to transfer cassette and other analog
materials to digital format. Information on how to create DAISY books.

Fee: No Fee to Participate
2:30 to 4:30 PM: Writers' workshop:
Writing: Refresh, Restart, Resolve Philosophies and exercises from
several writers will be presented.
There will be time for discussion and for sharing your on-the-spot
creativity.

5:30 to 6:30 PM: Round and Harmony Sing.
Come and sing those beautiful rounds and harmony songs we all know and
love and learn some new ones.
